Chicago Fire Department Rescues Jogger from Montrose Harbor

A 22 year_old jogger, who suffered a seizure, lost his balance and fell
inot Lake Michigan waters at Montrose Harbor about 10:30 a.m. Today.
Two joggers flagged down Mel Loftus, a Streets and Sanitation worker,
and told him a man was in the water. Chicago Fire Department quickly
found the man, treated him for hyothermia and transported him to
Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center.
